• Carry-forward: unused plan credits roll over (up to 12 months of your monthly grant) and stay valid while your subscription is active; top-up credits never expire.
• Refunds: started billing cycles and plan credits are non-refundable; unused paid top-up credits are refunded pro-rata when you close your account (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).
• Switch any time: upgrades apply immediately (prorated); downgrades take effect from your next billing cycle.
