Terms of Service

These terms are between you (or the business you represent) and Enerzyzone Vertex Innovations LLP, Pune, India, operator of BizBrainX ("BizBrainX"). By creating an account or using BizBrainX, you agree to these terms.

BizBrainX is a multi-tenant AI Business Operating System providing sales, marketing, finance, compliance, operations, HR, and related modules, delivered as a hosted, subscription service. Features are activated per module; you only pay for what you turn on.

BizBrainX uses AI (including Anthropic's Claude models) to draft content, summaries, analysis, and recommendations. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content — drafts, compliance summaries, financial figures, legal or trade-document drafts — before acting on it or sending it to a third party. BizBrainX is not a substitute for professional legal, tax, or financial advice, and nothing in the product should be treated as such.

You own the business data you put into BizBrainX (leads, customers, documents, and similar records). You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for having a lawful basis to process any personal data you bring into the platform about your own customers or employees.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

You keep all intellectual-property rights in the content and data you put into BizBrainX. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you and provide the features you use; we claim no ownership of your content.

BizBrainX — including its software, design, and brand — is owned by Enerzyzone Vertex Innovations LLP and its licensors. These terms give you a right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership of the platform itself.

For data you enter about your own leads/customers/employees, you are the data fiduciary and BizBrainX acts as your data processor — we process it only to provide the service to you, under your instructions, and never for our own independent purposes. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

Paid modules are billed as a recurring platform subscription via Razorpay. BizBrainX never processes payments on behalf of your leads or customers through this platform — that capability is disabled by design. Prices, module inclusions, and billing cycles are shown in-app before you activate a paid module. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellation and refunds work.

Don't use BizBrainX to send unsolicited/non-consented messages, to scrape or automate actions on third-party platforms (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Meta, etc.) in violation of their terms, to process data you don't have a lawful basis for, or for any unlawful purpose. Outbound actions on connected channels (WhatsApp sends, social posts, LinkedIn outreach) are owner-reviewed and owner-approved by design — you are responsible for what you approve and send.

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, add, or remove features as the product evolves; material changes affecting paid functionality will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.

You can stop using BizBrainX and close your account at any time; export tools are available for your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

When you close your account, you can export your data first using the in-app export tools. After closure, we delete or anonymize your business data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain certain records longer to meet legal, tax, or dispute-resolution obligations; residual copies in backups are purged on our regular backup cycle. BizBrainX is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated output without independent review.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Pune, Maharashtra having jurisdiction.
